Riuet Albufera rice variety

It has a round and pearly grain, which absorbs a lot of the flavor of the broth with which we make our paella. It is very resistant to overcooking. With this rice you will cook exquisite paellas.

  • Recommended for Spanish Paella and “caldosos” rices.

This is the king of Spanish rice dishes. It has a round and pearlized grain with extraordinary quality due to the fact that it remains whole and loose even if it has been cooked for a long time. When cooking, it greatly increases its size and absorbs the flavor of the broths and the rest of the ingredients.
