Orders
To place an order, the customer must be at least 18 years old.

PAELLA MARKET makes every effort to deliver the correct products to the customer with the confirmation of the corresponding order. Payments
General conditions
By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay PAELLA MARKET the rates indicated on the website (additional payment terms may be included in other communications).
All payments are sent to our commercial brand: Paella Market (Powerestudio S.L.) San Sebastián de los Reyes – Spain.
To supply the products, the Company must receive from the Customer a real email address and the information necessary to start the contracted service, through the purchase form.
Payment methods
PayPal and Credit Card
Wire transfer
The client must make the final payment by bank transfer using the details provided. After completing the purchase, the customer will receive an automatic email with the bank details necessary for the transfer.
Important: for the transfer, you MUST include in the concept the order number that you will receive through the automated email. If the reference is not present, the order is classified as invalid and we will refund the amount.
Delivery of Goods
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. The customer will have all the information about the products, final price, taxes and shipping costs at the checkout. Deliveries are calculated on the website checkout. The customer will bear the additional customs duties and charges for deliveries of PAELLA MARKET to countries outside the EU (third countries).
Merchandise with any damage in transit will be replaced free of charge. The order will be dispatched from the day after receipt and payment agreement, excluding weekends and holidays.
The delivery time is 2 or 3 business days in Spain, except in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla where it could be delayed due to customs. In the European Union from 3 to 6 days. Rest of countries may vary depending on the location and the transport companies.
PAELLA MARKET is not responsible for possible delays caused by transport companies, but in the event of a problem in the shipment, we will specify possible options with the customer to correct the situation. Guarantee and Validity of the products
The descriptions of the products displayed on the website are based on the information provided by the suppliers of PAELLA MARKET. If the product is damaged, or with any anomaly, the customer is obliged to inform PAELLA MARKET immediately after receiving the product. PAELLA MARKET will then contact the Client.
Requirements to make a refund:
- Products must be returned in the original packaging and / or in the box in which they arrived. If this is not possible, similar packaging should be used to avoid transport damage.
- The product must be new and unused, without suffering any type of damage and with its intimate seals.
- You must write to our email or attach a note on the package with the reasons for the return.
PAELLA MARKET will analyze the product before making the refund. If the product does not meet the return standards and requirements or if the status differs from that indicated by the customer, PAELLA MARKET may reject or reduce the amount to be refunded.

Exclusions of the legal right of withdrawal
Products with clear signs of damage from customer use or missing and incomplete items will not be refunded.

Discount Coupons and Offers
- Discount coupon promotions are exclusively for the value of the product and are for single use only.
- The discount coupons and offers on the website are valid during the period that details the promotion or the company.
- The discount coupons are only valid for a minimum amount of € 70 except those indicated by PAELLA MARKET.
- It is not allowed to reuse the coupons on the website, except in the cases or promotions indicated by PAELLA MARKET.
- Only one discount coupon can be used for each purchase and they are not cumulative.
Service Compliance
